FIELD STAFF TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE

Coordinator, Franki Borowski along with her Field Staff Members work together to build structures from spaghetti sticks and marshmallows. Area Captain, Margie Charles said, "These pictures are from a Team Building exercise at Franki's Field Staff Meeting on October 1st. The object was to build the tallest structure using Marshmallows and Spaghetti. Was a great way for all the new field staff to get to know each other and see how they operate. WE all had a blast and learned a lot about leadership styles and how competitive some of us our."

Pam and I did a phone skit at workshop, says Area Captain, Maria Goss. Pam played the part of a member who would called me to ask questions like: Do we have to read the newsletter you and Carlene send out? AND: If person has not payed there membership can we still weigh them in? Then I would reply by asking questions of my own, such as: Do you put out meeting signs? I had a speaker that could not find your meeting place...ect. Maria says the skit was really cute and it went over very well with the members who attended workshop. 		Marysprogramatworkshop
Area Captains, Mary Falconer and Joyce Anderson entertain the workshop attendees by performing a skit based on what to do when prospective members visit the chapter for the first time. It was all tongue in cheek and everyone had a good time.
