TOPS MEMBER'S ACTIVITIES
| Some Tops members have hobbies to help distract themselves from the kitchen. Some include physical activities, some include other hobbies and some include get-togethers. This page is dedicated to our Tops members who do things outside of the chapter meeting. Please send me your photo and story of your “outside-the-meeting” activities. mind4tops@gmail.com | ||||

Tops Family Does the Relay for Life Walk...a team event to help fight cancer.1.
| This is Marilyn Gartin WA459, Bremerton.Marilyn did the program at Tops one morning using her dogs. The program was about attitude, exercise, shopping for healthy foods, getting enough sleep, and entertainment. By doing all the things she suggested, a member could be a Kops Chapter Queen. The dogs demonstrated this by one of them sitting on a throne and the other bowing to the queen. Afterwards they waved bye-bye. Marilyn says Molly and Tammy are very easy to train. They have been training for 18 months. Marilyn stays very active with her dogs. Just one thing a person can do to stay out of the kitchen and away from the fridge. | ||
